As to me, the meaning of "path" is different from that of "road". The former indicates the direction and the way are developed according to the will of a person. Nevertheless, the latter one only represents the built road which is already constructed by others.

Finally, I define my career as the "path" instead of the "road". Because I'm sure that my way to success is different from that of others'. So there is a big gamble in front of me: choose it and be different, or just skip it and be the same as others.

After the thought and analysis, the conclusion, considering the resurce in hand, the analysis of the present situation and the trend of "something" in the next few years (i'm sure at least a decade), supports me to take the gamble.

Once the decision is made, I should surely draw myself out of the whirlpool of the "resume posting", the Big Four, the former actions (which are to meet the standard of those company).
